Senior Behavior Therapist (Adult Services): Feel good about where you work and what you do! We are Aspire Living and Learning., a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities. We are currently seeking a Senior Behavior Therapist to work at our Non-vocational Day Program at in Bel Air, MD., area We are seeking applicants who are compassionate, caring, and dynamic to provide services to Adults with developmental, physical, and/or psychiatric disabilities within the Day Program and Community Settings. As a Senior Behavior Therapist, you will be trained and supported to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).  As a Senior Behavior Therapist, you will work under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be supported to obtain and maintain the RBT certification with additional supervision from the Day Program Manager.  The Senior Behavior Therapist will work to support young adults as they learn and participate in different vocational and leisure activities in the community.
