RCM Billing Lead

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Billing Lead to help us scale the claim submission vertical of Grow Therapy. You will be implementing creating and maintaining billing processes as you work closely alongside a growing Pre-service team! You’ll be a part of a remote-friendly team reporting to the Manager of Eligibility and Billing Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating implementing & maintain claim submission requirements

• Identifying trends and issues impacting billing efficiency and performance

• Reviewing service codes and billing requirements assuming compliance to obtain clean claim submission

• Collaborating and coordinating with partnering teams to ensure proper billing requirements

• Completing other related assignments as required in a timely manner.

• Responsible for growing and developing billing specialist as the team scales over team

Salary range: $90000 - $115000

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

• You have a least 3+ years of experience working with health insurance understanding billing requirements (Government and Commercial) and submitting claims

• You have foundational understanding of different billing processes & terminology such as but not limited to corrected claims voids resubmissions & original claim submission.

• You are data driven and understand how to build metrics to measure and track performance and identify opportunities.

• You have strong communication skills and can quickly and succinctly present your ideas to company executives.

• You have a bias for action and care about delivering results and meeting deadlines.

• You are driven by values and want to work in an environment where growth & improvements are priority.
