ModMed is hiring a driven RCM Process Improvement Project Manager to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Revenue Cycle Management (BOOST) team focused on creating business value through the delivery of efficient RCM processes. This is an exciting opportunity to take a process-oriented and results-focused approach in collaborating with ModMed teams, global service teams, and clients on workflow modifications/enhancements, product questions, and BOOST processes, working with various departments to ensure information is relayed appropriately. within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!
Your Role:
- Assess RCM workflow and process issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client success.
- Infuse expertise in process design, efficiency, and process monitoring across the BOOST organization.
- Develop, plan, and manage a program of high-priority work initiatives within BOOST including projects that are cross-functional and/or enterprise-wide.
- Interface and collaborate with all areas affected by the process(es) which may include internal departments in Operations, Client Success, Product, senior level executives, as well as global service vendors.
- Work together with the global services team to manage the integration of vendor tasks while tracking and reviewing deliverables. May provide project management guidance to the project team.
- Gather requirements and collect supporting data for proposed software or workflow enhancements.
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
- Assist in designing processes and workflows that meet customer, operational, and other business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- Four to five years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing operations is required.
- Six Sigma Black Belt and other Process Improvement designations are desirable.
- Knowledge of and experience with RCM workflows and processes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and an extraordinary high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in analyzing, designing and documenting workflows that increase efficiency.
- Proven experience relating to people at all levels of an organization and possessing a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional project team and work with peers in a team effort.
- Proven strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be well-organized, self directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience and capacity to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate with individual contributors to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results.
