About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic R&D Assistant to support our research and development team in Mexico City. The role involves assisting in product testing, competitor research, localization efforts, and communication with both internal teams and users. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the success of cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the R&D team in managing local devices, apps, and online product testing.
• Assist with competitor research, translation tasks, and gathering local public opinion.
• Respond to user reviews, customer service queries, and other related tasks.
• Identify and describe issues clearly, offering logical suggestions for project improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with development and product teams to drive solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• No prior experience required, but experience as an assistant, in product operations, or student leadership is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) with the ability to create content without barriers.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, capable of solving problems systematically.
• Excellent resource planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Result-oriented with a passion for research and solving new challenges.
