Position: R&D Data Assistant
Location: Onsite only, Westwood, MA
Hours: 20-30 hours per week (schedule can be flexible during regular work hours)

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented R&D Data Assistant to support our research and development team. This full-time role is critical for collecting, organizing, and annotating data according to algorithm and AI project requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and managing physical samples that align with the research objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to innovative projects while gaining hands-on experience in an R&D environment.
Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and manage data from various sources to support R&D projects.
• Annotate data according to specific project requirements, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
• Create and prepare physical samples as needed for research experiments and testing (requires working with various chemicals in our lab.)
• Collaborate closely with R&D team members to understand project goals, device operations, and data needs.
• Maintain detailed records of data sources, annotations, and physical samples for future reference.
• Assist in setting up and running experiments, including preparing materials and equipment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and annotation processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or current enrollment in a college or university program.
• A basic understanding and desire to learn about devices used in R&D projects. 
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with various team members and stakeholders.
