Your Role:

As a Mechanical Engineer in our R&D team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into market-ready solutions. From the initial brainstorming to detailed mechanical design and costing, you’ll be a key contributor to developing innovative machines that set industry benchmarks. What You'll Do:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ideate and develop mechanical designs from scratch.

• Design Excellence: Take ownership of mechanical detail design, ensuring precision and manufacturability.

• Innovation: Analyze and improve existing concepts, introducing fresh perspectives and innovative tools or methodologies.

• Costing: Partner with procurement and project management teams to estimate and manage design costs effectively.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring designs align with technical and business requirements.

About You:

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in R&D processes from concept development to detailed design and costing. Strong with Solidworks.

• Innovative Mindset: You’re curious, adaptable, and unafraid to challenge the status quo with new methods or tools.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively across diverse teams.

• Team Player: Enthusiastic about collaborating with a young, vibrant team that thrives on dynamic challenges.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in designing machines for logistics, airports, or similar industries is a plus.
