Come join our Pendo R&D Program Management team. We have a team of 12 PGMs located globally in Israel, Sheffield and US (Raleigh HQ). This opportunity will be supporting 2-3 R&D Teams as a trusted partner who identifies challenges, collaborates and facilitates the most effective solution(s). As an R&D Program Manager at Pendo you'll play a meaningful role leading cross-functional initiatives/projects, responsible for squad team leadership, scrum teams, and coordinating efforts to achieve a business goal. Accountable for setting goals, and managing risks of initiatives from beginning to end, ensuring a better workflow and more effective communication within the R&D teams, while creating a clear and transparent plan so everyone can win together. Â
Role ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Work closely with Pendo squad leadership and key partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Follow, coach, and advocate Pendo’s end-to-end product development lifecycle process
- Drive execution through highly effective communication and reporting using our internal tool (Airtable)
- Understands the basic and advanced agile methodologies and knows how to apply them from knowledge and experience that fits Pendo
- Oversee Product Led Growth squad R&D scrum team(s) for completion of the roadmap, risk management, communication plan, go-to-market activities in partnership with Product Marketing), manage deliverables, and hold people accountable to ensure business goals are met, and cross-functional alignment
- Lead and facilitate key stakeholder meetings such as; squad/scrum team leadership syncs, initiative kickoffs, go-to-market kickoffs, agile ceremonies; such as retrospectives
- Provide transparency & awareness around issues, risks, metrics, health of squad/project etc. on an ongoing basis
Minimum QualificationsÂ
- 2+ years of experience working as Program ManagerÂ
- A Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
- Must be self driven in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Knowledge of basic and/or advanced agile methodologies
- Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organization
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Technical backgroundÂ
- Analytics background a plus
- Professional (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) CertificationÂ
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience using Airtable (preferred) tool for reporting

CompensationÂ
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in:
Raleigh, NC - USD $105,000 - $117,500
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
