R&D Program Manager Intern

As a program management intern, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs within the organization. You will work closely with the program management team to assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking project progress, conducting research and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating presentations and reports to communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budget
2. Support project managers in tracking and reporting on project progress
3. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
5. Create presentations and reports to communicate project updates to stakeholders
6. Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
4. Comfortable working with data and have a good understanding of project management methodologies
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
7. Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries or electric vehicles is a plus
8. Knowledge of research projects or lab work is a plus
