Tufin seeks a skilled R&D Project Manager passionate about driving impactful projects! The ideal candidate has experience in R&D processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira. You'll lead planning, coordination, and execution to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee R&D and product projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional team coordination, ensuring alignment across R&D, engineering, QA, and other departments.
• Manage resources effectively, including personnel and equipment, to meet project objectives.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks to ensure project continuity and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and performance using Jira
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, technical specifications, and progress updates.
• Foster clear communication with stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for updates and inquiries.
• Continuously improve R&D processes to boost team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D project management.
• Strong knowledge of R&D and software development lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in a technology-driven organization.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or PMP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
