React JS Developer

Infosys is seeking a Senior UI (Reactjs) Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver / Burnaby, British Columbia or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• At least 7+ years of professional experience with Reactjs is must.
• 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, hosting, and debugging front end applications.
• Strong knowledge common programming paradigms on Reactjs and its core principles.
• In-depth knowledge of website design and React.js workflows such as React components, Flux, Redux, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
• Expertise in JavaScript with HTML and CSS.
• Exposure to implementing backend Restful API is an added advantage.
• Develop new features and unit test cases.
• Experience working on implementing backend Restful API and one of DB technologies, writing queries etc. - Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL or Postgres is an added advantage.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and enjoy a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with translating business use cases to technical solutions, prototyping and user interface design.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
