Responsibilities: • Looking for a strong REACT JS Lead. • Designs, develops, implements, and updates software systems in accordance with the needs of the organization. • Evaluates, schedules, and resources development projects; investigates user needs; and documents, tests, and maintains computer programs. • Establishes software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance. • Works collaboratively with developers across regions. • Hands on expertise in REACT UI build and WEB development related concepts. • Understand the approaches discussed and implement them properly from the given UI framework. • Should be well versed with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. • Should be able to debug and solve any technical issues faced. • Should be able to understand the client requirements and get it executed within estimated time.

others : • Guide and mentor, the pod team (API, Front-end, Testing) by helping to address the technical challenges, define standards, and patterns. • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. • 12+ years of experience in design, build and implementation of highly scalable enterprise applications. • Strong hands-on experience with Front-end technologies - micro frontend, React, React libraries, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Typescript, CSS Preprocessors • Proficient in responsive design and x-browser experience. • Hands on experience in developing ADA compliance apps. • Beginner experience in UI/UX design • Familiar with in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, ORM (Hibernate). • Proficiency in micro services specification (OpenApi/Swagger) and integration with front-end. • Experienced with AWS cloud technologies (EKS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, terraform). AWS Developer or Solution Architect certification preferred. • DevOps - Git, Sonar, Jenkins, Monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, AWS Cloud Watch, AWS code pipeline etc.) • Proficiency with Agile Scrum delivery methodology. • Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.
