What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions
• Work with technical leads, managers, and Product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmap
• Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs
• Work with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options
• Provide high-level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements
• Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams, and other stakeholders
• Keep up to date on cutting-edge technologies and effectively incorporate that knowledge into our platform roadmap, design, and implementation

What You Know

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven professional experience is required.
• Developing, deploying and maintaining React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with TypeScript for writing clean, maintainable code.
• Strong understanding of React (including hooks, context API, and state management libraries like Redux or MobX) as React Native is built on React.
• Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) and bridging React Native with native modules when needed.
• Familiarity with Objective-C/Swift (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android) for integrating native components.
• Basically he should be either iOS or Android developers with React Native expertise/experience

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
