SummaryWe are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate and Facilities (“RE&F”) Business Manager to support the Head of Real Estate and Facilities across operational and strategic initiatives that span our business globally.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will directly support the Head of Real Estate and Facilities in all aspects of daily operations, requiring sophisticated strategic thinking and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and “do the work.” Specifically, you will:Â

- Help drive business efficiency and culture within the organization through team development, communications, organizational change, and leadership team projects
- Collaborate with RE&F leadership team and business heads to ensure continuity across the broader organization
- Manage the planning and execution of a diverse set of projects with the RE&F leadership team, such as strategic planning, special requests from senior management, and CFO department budgeting
- Gather and write in depth, factual content as needed for the Head of Real Estate and Facilities, including briefings, meeting agendas, and research
- Develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the Firm, especially in groups such as Finance, Treasury, Risk, HR, administrative team, and senior management team
- Provide thoughtful input on critical deliverables that inform the operations, strategy, and planning processes
- Develop visually compelling, thoughtful, and clear presentations, marketing materials and written communications to support business objectives across the RE&F department, i.e., Workplace Experience, Critical Systems, Space Planning and Real Estate
What’s required:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with good judgement and 5+ years of professional experience. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar position to provide immediate structure and organization to this newly created role. Specifically, you will need:
- The ability to synthesize information quickly in order to provide independent and objective viewpoints, propose appropriate solutions, and drive meaningful change
- The touch and gravitas to engage with and hold senior business members accountable on deliverables and process
- To be a structured, strategic thinker comfortable with tackling complex problems
- To be inquisitive and analytical with the ability to present conclusions and recommendations in a compelling manner
- The ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while producing high quality work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong program management, project management, or operational skills and experience
- Experience collaborating with a wide range of partners and promoting a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Knowledge of content and visual creation tools like Adobe Pro and InDesign highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years in a related role at a finance or technology firm

The annual base salary range is $175,000-$225,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
