UpEquity is looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing, dynamic team!
As a Transaction Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages full life-cycle escrow process on behalf of UpEquity (e.g. reading and completing due diligence, reading title reports, supporting funding)
  • Prepares and administers the distribution of key documents (e.g. Service and Rep Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Closing documents, Invoices)
  • Coordinating activities to ensure timely close of real estate transactions
  • Align real estate transaction activities to the sales process
  • Communicate complex real estate products with teammates, clients and realtors. Be knowledgeable about proprietary UpEquity products, mortgage guidelines, and support Sales teammates qualifying potential customers
  • Support, develop and maintain realtor relationships
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and realtors during the real estate process, answer questions, coordinate tasks, and collect documentation as needed
  • Generate and manage a transaction pipeline and reporting through our internal CRM tools while consistently supporting key metrics
  • Deliver "white glove service" to clients and realtors throughout the transaction

Our ideal candidate has:
  • High School diploma; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum six (6) months residential real estate, title and/or escrow experience; mortgage experience preferred
  • Proven Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Real Estate transaction processes and supporting technologies
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Thrives working both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional partners
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Important Details:
  • You must reside in Austin vicinity or be willing to self-relocate
  • You must be willing to work in the office 80% of the time
