About the role  

This role is all about bridging the gap between creative vision and execution — to carry an unbroken thread of excellence from ideation to the final product. This is someone who can translate creative concepts into production-ready assets while maintaining the highest standards. While you are worrying curious about what the big idea is, they will be worrying analysing how the big idea stays big and strong as the project goes along. progresses into executional stages and eventually final output.

About you 

We're looking for:

• Keen understanding of design principles and how it translates during implementation stages of work.
• Understanding of print production and its processes is a big plus.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience in a design agency or in-house creative team.
• Highly organized and systematic in ways of working.
• Team player, approachable, and a strong communicator.
