Role Overview:

This position is responsible for processing customer chargebacks, tracking, organizing, extracting, and analyzing data into meaningful information. Understand and identify/anticipate issues impacting the chargeback process and find effective solution. This position also requires close partnerships with customers in managing and resolving customer chargeback disputes. Additionally, this position works closely with our third-party cleaning company managing and reporting of SNI inbound chargeback data. Supporting project testing with the Principal Solution Engineer on the applications owned and managed by the team

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and researches customer chargeback claim data utilizing the Chargeback system (Model N) for accurate and timely credit memo processing of customer chargebacks. Work with trade partners and internal resources to gain a minimum of 80% or higher auto processing solution. Supporting the closeout/settlement process for our top 10 trade partners.
  • Oversight of outsourced data cleansing activities including timeliness of delivery, batch content verification, identify new customer locations and monitor the creation of new facility IDs. Works closely with our third-party vendor on data challenges and finding solutions. Prepares all chargeback manual data files for uploading with IntegriChain. Supports our in-house MuleSoft software which consumes the data files delivered from IntegriChain. Supports the controls to provide accuracy and completeness around all the inbound chargeback data.
  • Maintains and monitors the monthly tracking documents of all chargeback activity. Runs the team's weekly chargeback meetings ensuring weekly projects and issues are moving forward with ownership of the issue, decisioning & resolution. Responsible for end of month notifications ensuring all data is delivered to provide accurate and timely admin fee payments to GPO's
  • Maintains effective customer focus by communicating with and providing supporting documentation to external and internal customers and researching/resolving disputes in a timely manner. Review and prompt response of chargeback audits for top trade partners.
  • Actively supports, identifies and initiates process improvements that result in chargeback transactional processing efficiencies.
  • Reviews and cleanses data received from trade partners to align under correct contract(s). Review and utilized GPO membership files for chargeback validation and processing. Utilizing Model N tools to create monthly transactional reporting for chargeback accruals to manager.

Requirements:

Travel Domestic - Up to 10%

Education:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years business experience in medical device/pharma industry with strong understanding of data processing preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in business operations, contracting, or finance.
  • Prefer knowledge of the medical device industry, business analysis, information systems, government regulations, and contracting.
  • Prior experience in using data warehouse applications and market/industry database applications preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
