This role covers shipping and receiving duties at Ursa. You will receive all incoming packages, ensure package contents match what was ordered, and route the delivery to the correct person. You will ship all outgoing packages, safely package hardware, and set up carrier pickups. Ursa is a fast-paced environment, and this role requires organization and efficiency. Hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Receiving and signing for deliveriesÂ
- Verifying received hardware, packing lists, and purchase orders matchÂ
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and routing deliveries to their intended recipientÂ
- Scanning and filing receiving paperworkÂ
- Updating work orders and ERP receiptsÂ
- Scheduling shipments and pickupsÂ
- Tracking inventory of shipping materials and coordinating procurement to restock as neededÂ
- Assistance with other material control activities where neededÂ
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping & receiving workspaceÂ
- Hours are 7:30am to 4:30pmÂ
Experience / RequirementsÂ
- Exceptional organization and communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
- Ability to lift up to 50lbsÂ
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- High School diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Proficiency with computer software and ability to learn new programsÂ
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $20.00 - 27.00/hour, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we are evaluating individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
