Role Summary
We are seeking an organized and upbeat administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will represent us by creating a positive first impression with our potential and current clients, as well as assisting our Houston team with general office support.

What You Will Do

  • Manage front desk operations (i.e. incoming calls, greeting visitors)
  • Manage office vendors including but not limited to delivery, office machines, coffee service, water company, etc.
  • Coordinate and train backup support
  • Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies
  • Keep lobby, break room, and general office areas organized and tidy
  • Assist with data entry and reports in agency management system
