Receptionist

Hennion & Walsh, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to join the team at our corporate office in Parsippany. As a full-service securities firm, Hennion & Walsh offers a complete array of financial products and services including fixed income, equities, fee-based managed money, mutual funds, unit investment trusts and insurance.

Responsibilities 

• The receptionist at Hennion & Walsh is responsible for handling front office reception & administration duties such as answering and distributing phone calls and emails.
• Answer high volume inbound calls and direct to appropriate staff efficiently and communicate messages in detail. 
• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately, notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintain reception area and conference rooms.
• The right candidate will be outwardly friendly, reliable, and compassionate, as a majority of our clientele are seniors.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Personable and energetic personality
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
