Receptionist

Job Expectations

• Perform front desk operations from 7 am – 3 pm daily with some flexibility according to company events
• Greeting all visitors and assisting with sign-in, ID verification, and other measures to comply with government regulations and security initiatives in coordination with the Ursa Major Legal team.
• Serve as the assistant facility security officer
• Assist the Office Manager with tasks as required in support of the Chief of Staff
• Manage Envoy for Ursa Major, including visitor check-in and check-out, planning requirements, new hires, and screening requirements
• Schedule food trucks for the Berthoud campus
• Manage badging for employees, employees, contractors, visitors, and foreign visitors
• Manage the company email account, distributing emails as required to appropriate members of the staff
• Manage the Ursa Major voicemail-box
• Tend to the physical mailbox at the Berthoud site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional administrative experience in an office setting
• Excellent record keeping skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
• Basic data analysis and presentation skills
• Knowledge of visitor management software
• An active security clearance is a plus
• Familiarity with the duties of a facility security officer, including NIPSOM, DISS, and NISS, and associated processes is a plus

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $40,000 - $55,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
