RECEPTIONIST
Maesa is currently seeking a personable and collaborative Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Maesa and provide general clerical tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of important office functions.
Pay Range: $40,000/yr - $55,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and route all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner
- Handle and book all employee travel requests
- Prepare shipping labels for outgoing packages and manage the company FedEx shipment log
- Oversee the Office Assistant and porter in maintaining the tidiness of the office
- Assist with conference room reservations
- Manage all meeting catering requests
- Register all visitors and vendors with the building, submitting to building security and submitting any required COIs
- Coordinate new hire setups
- Order all benchmarks for various departments
- Maintain a clean and stocked office by managing office and kitchen supply procurement
- Manage TransitChek accounts for all employees
- Manage employee ATT business cell phone plan
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least one year of relevant receptionist experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills and attention to details
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed
