Overview
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, friendly and outgoing person to be the first person in contact with our customers, vendors and visitors. The ideal candidate would posses a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, professional demeanor and would be able to work full time Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities
• Manage a multi-line phone in an expedient, energetic and efficient manner
• Greet and direct guests to proper department while maintaining visitor log
• Execute various administrative duties including; accounts payable, report generation, clerical duties as needed
• Assist other departments with various administrative duties on an as needed basis
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain conference room calendars as well as lobby and conference room appearance
• Update and maintain the switchboard operational manual and the Group/Regional phone list
• Interact with all levels of management
• Filing & other general clerical/administrative duties
• Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed
• Create and post appropriate marquee signage as directed

Qualifications
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Must have a minimum of 2 year of receptionist or administrative experience
- Must have excellent PC skills and intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Qualified candidates must also possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong time-management/organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Willing to go the extra mile and work overtime when needed
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
