RECEPTIONIST
Requirements

• Outgoing personality;
• Likes to work in a fast pace and friendly environment;
• Great attitude, detail oriented;
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken;
• Self-starter, motivated.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in a professional manner;
• Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls;
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing couriers for the office;
• Open all mail and distribute accordingly;
• Responsible for set-up and cleanup of all in-house office meetings;
• Order Office Supplies as required
• Monitor coffee inventory and order when required
• Liaison with the onboarding team to coordinate desk phone ext # and headset requests
• Monitor Ink/Toner inventory and order when required
• Office coordinator for holiday decorating or special events
