Job Description

This role is critical to ensure a positive lasting impression is made for all SEEK employees and all guest visiting SEEK's head office. The role is responsible for all front desk activities and undertaking them in a warm, friendly, effective and professional manner. As the ‘face of SEEK’, a high level of customer service, cultural alignment and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business are extremely important in this role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience to all employees and guests
• Ensure the Reception area is always looking its best
• Answer and direct telephone calls, organise outgoing couriers, distribute incoming mail and assist in co-ordination of meeting room bookings
• Provide administrative support to a range of business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front Reception role or administrative position
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite 365 skills
• Warm, friendly and professional with a customer service focus, ‘nothing is too hard’
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, proactive approach to achieving team and business goals
• Strong interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships within a dynamic team environment.
