JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Receptionist to join ourwonderful Warsaw office, whowill be acting as our local receptionist and facility coordinator focused on providing a high level administrative assistance across our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides administrative support across organization by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• Coordinates front-desk activities, including receiving and directing visitors, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
• Responsible for managing of all office related payments (rent, utilities, supplies, etc.).
• Collaborates with a landlord, cleaning services and different office suppliers.
• Provides support by following up with employees and external partners, resolving issues and providing necessary information.
• Participates in organizing all employee related activities (e.g. organization of Employee Appreciation Day, local meetings, and celebrations).

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or Business/Administration Graduate.
• Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or in a similar role.
• Good level of English language is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office package and with office equipment.
• Ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Professional attitude and strong customer focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
• Available for full-time onsite work.
