Job Description

The Villa Host is therefore the cornerstone of a highly personalized service that guarantees high quality standards.

As a Mandarin Speaking receptionist it is a top priority to take care of all the Chinese guest and make sure to always have constant guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin and any additional language is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in front office operation; preferably in a similar quality hotel.
• A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Has strong decision-making abilities
