Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities

- Reception - Support Operation team members with the following tasks:
- Answer all incoming calls from field and internal calls
- Greet guests at corporate office
- Manage office functions including supplies, mail and vendor contacts
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
- Update documentation in files
- Data entry
- Perform general clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, emailing and mailing
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience with computers, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Products and Phone system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear and effective
- Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to independently manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Attention to detail
- Time-management skills
- Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
Full Time Opportunity:
- Up to 40 hours per week – very limited OT
