Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities

  • Reception - Support Operation team members with the following tasks:
    • Answer all incoming calls from field and internal calls
    • Greet guests at corporate office
    • Manage office functions including supplies, mail and vendor contacts
    • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
      • Update documentation in files
      • Data entry 
  • Perform general clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, emailing and mailing
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications: 

  • Experience with computers, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Products and Phone system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear and effective
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to independently manage priorities and workflow 
  • Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm 
  • Attention to detail

  • Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues

Full Time Opportunity:

  • Up to 40 hours per week – very limited OT
