Position Purpose

We’re looking for an engaged Receptionist/ HR Assistant to help support Labelmaster’s front desk reception area as well as the HR department, To greet guests and walk-ins, direct incoming calls, and provides clerical support to the HR department. This is a full-time, in-person position (8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday)

Essential Functions & Principal Accountabilities

  • Front desk duties include welcoming visitors and deliveries and maintain phone system.
  • Greet guests at our front doors and connect them with the team member they are meeting.
  • Make PA announcements and page employees as needed.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Maintaining time off buckets and vacation entries
  • Maintain and create activity calendar
  • Maintain HR Programs
  • New Hire check ins and Exit interviews
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits fairs, employee recognition events, holiday parties and retirement celebrations

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
  • Excellent organization and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Results oriented with a “Can Do” attitude
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office platform

Experience We’d Like You to Have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 yrs previous HR assistant experience a plus
  • 1-2 yrs previous Receptionist experience a plus
