About this position
The Rewards & Recognition Experience Specialist, under the direction of the Manager, Global Recognition is responsible for ensuring that rewards and recognition for Ambassadors re-enforce the corporate values, maintain engagement, delight and surprise our Ambassadors, and ensure the financial success of the company through effective recognition programs that reward our ambassadors and drive improved business performance. This position, under the direction of the Manager, Global Recognition Sales, ensures that every detail of the recognition gifts, experiences at events, awards, trips, journey and year-round acknowledgements all align with the recognition strategy for each rank. This role is truly the surprise and delight role of recognition. They will work alongside training and events to ensure that Ambassadors feel seen, recognized, and appreciated in a way that drives excitement to maintain and advance in rank.
Additionally, the Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining organized data with extreme accuracy for annual, quarterly, monthly & weekly recognition programs, incentives, sales programs, and contests. The specialist is responsible for functional usability of recognition data, reporting, lists and files for Plexus Worldwide Ambassadors. They manage the reporting and recognition posts to our recognition website, email and social media on a weekly basis. In addition, this role functions as a subject matter expert to analyze data and make recommendations on future recognition awards and programs based on historical performance and key performance goals.

What you'll do
- You manage the process for selecting, tracking, and awarding recognition rewards in a way that surprises and delights Ambassadors.
- You oversee the purchasing of recognition gifts rewards, including researching vendors, working with Ambassadors to ensure approval and overseeing the touches for the Ambassador experience at all events as appropriate for each rank.
- You ensure all recognition rewards stay within budget.
- You partner with internal departments including Procurement, Training and Events to ensure contracts are negotiated to find the best rate.
- You leverage feedback to select products for rewards and recognition with the focus on quality and appropriateness of given rewards and recognition.
- You develop a consistent guideline of gifts that are resolvable and customary for each level including ranking to get to the next level.
- You manage awards for different Ambassador Levels. Create packaging and presentation. Outline for each level of recognition including conceptual, rewards, jewelry, etc.
- You prepare any rewards and recognition needed for any events, conventions and Ambassador meetings.
- You present recognition programs and deliver awards through flawless and professional presentations.
- You support and maintain responsibility for the annual calendar of recognition and monthly recognition activities in partnership with field sales, training, marketing teams, incentives/promotions and customer service teams to support incentives, drive KPIs and overall recognition.
- You develop and execute cross-functional incentive awards with recognition assets needed to support incentive opportunities for key monthly, quarterly and annual incentives.
- You support and maintain monthly reporting processes and ad-hoc program analytics to drive performance assessments and opportunities to enhance ongoing recognition and incentive programs.
- You gather data and report on recognition / incentive results to identify successes and apply learnings to future program recommendations.
- You determine and apply the best approach to obtain data required to meet reporting needs and anticipate data gap issues to ensure accurate earners are identified and recognized for all programs and incentives.
- You organize complex data into clear, concise report summaries with strong attention to detail.
- You build complex Excel workbook templates for each business application/contest/event using moderately advanced Excel skills for formula applications, macros, calculations, filters, pivot tables & graphs. Convert raw data into concise usable reports to make business decisions.
- You provide analytics to consolidate, summarize and report contest winners & rank advancements to respective departments.
- You extract complex data from commission reports needed to determine contest winners.
- You create, format and update, all Recognition reports, lists and documents as needed.
- You track all recognition data and projects for future projections and forecasts.
- You work closely with the Recognition Team in the set-up, execution and breakdown of all recognition awards and programs at annual events.
You should have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience related to sales recognition and rewards
- You have moderate to advanced knowdge of Excel and other database softwares
- You have knowlede of and experience with WordPress, COntentful, and HTML
