Reconciliation Analyst - GMP

Why this role matters

Vonage Finance has gone through a period of rapid transformation having implemented a new ERP, upgraded billing systems along with aligning processes and procedures to our new organisational structure.

The team will be responsible for building and maintaining reconciliations across the company using various reconciliation tools. The candidates primary responsibility will be to support and enhance current reconciliations as well as build new reconciliations for teams across the company. The position provides strong and stable leadership through projects, deadlines and change while supporting the vision of the billing department and company core values.

What you will do

• Make recommendations to management to support process improvement
• Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience
• Make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information and provide assistance in the implementation of loan documentation process improvements
• Locate and define new opportunities for controls and process improvement.
• Results oriented – driven to meet deadlines while still maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance billing and reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate ideas for, and contribute to the development of, various reports and metrics related to workflow improvement and performance analysis in an effort to enhance the client experience.
• Proactively analyze key work drivers and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through various methods, including automation and other technologies.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of accounts using available reporting and subject matter expertise to resolve and direct the resolution of breaks.

 What is required for application

• Experience within a similar industry, such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, SaaS or Utilities industry.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in an Analyst role.
