Record Keeping Processing Specialist III
Job Description
ADP is hiring an Record Keeping Processing Specialist III. In this role you would be responsible for entering data into Sungard recordkeeping system. Duties include: ensuring quality standards; processing and posting non standard/non payroll transactions; and, researching and resolving open items as a result of processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives processing requests via Power Image queue from various Retirement Services teams such as: CS, Terms and Transfers, FITE, New Business, Compliance, Payroll, Systems and Operations.
- Processes complex tasks such as Death Benefit payments and QDRO payouts
- Corrects system data as appropriate.
- Meets internal SLAs for response times.
- Demonstrates strong technical expertise and successfully navigates through all systems and properly utilizes each system to its full potential i.e. Omni, Adjustment Database, CTS, MTUP, PES, Plan Sponsor Website, LUMIN and KBASE.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use and application of systems needed to be effective and shares this knowledge with others.
- Makes procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals/performing functions.
- Develops and applies knowledge of the business, products, systems and technology, including updating procedures and LUMIN.
- Acts as knowledge resource for others by providing either informal or formal technical support as needed.
- Exhibits working knowledge of 401K, call center, Client Service , Financial Control and Check writing within RS.
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts or tools by actively learning.
- Demonstrates commitment to action and risk tolerance.
- Makes decisions based on available resources, constraints and organizational values.
- Manages own workbasket and reviews the workbaskets of others as needed: follows up with requestor in a timely manner.
- Working on smaller projects which include -- OFA fixes, fund and participant deletes.
- Create and run standard T933 and T966 calculator report transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or equivalent education/experience
1-3 years of directly related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Superb organization skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Ability to work independently on projects and anticipate and address issues in the supervisor's absence
Capable of independent and innovative thinking, with proven decision-making skills
