As a Record to Report Accounting Manager you’ll be responsible for:

• Accountable for the integrity of the financial statements of the Americas ORUs
• Ensures consistent application of R2R processes in line with prescribed global standards
• Accountable for the adherence to Group policies and procedures.
• Responsible to identify opportunities for process improvement and to collaborate with the RTR Process Ops & Transformation Lead to address these.
• Review that all balances are correctly held and that adequate reconciliations
•  are available with appropriate documentation. Verify compliance with accounting standards and regulations (PAP, IFRS, local regulations).
• Ensure Internal Control Standard (ICS) tool on a timely and accurate basis.

What you’ll do

Your qualifications

• Typically requires a several years of experience in functional finance positions with a Bachelor’s degree; or a Master’s degree;
• Lean experience preferred
• Experience in shared services operational environment (preferred).
• Manage teams and engage people
• Track record with transformation, change management; change and transformation agent
• Hands-on leader
• Strong collaborator, networker internally
