 Set Up Continuous Improvement projects to support central objectives and goals

 Identify and implement possible process improvements and optimizations in order to improve efficiency or quality

 Implement, perform and analyze leadership reports based on KPIs

 Get in contact with local entities in order to clarify possible needs

 Promote best practice across the department and across entities

 Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team by encouraging entrepreneurship mindset, professional development and growth of employees (assessment, training, coaching and mentoring).  Ensure the deployment of the company communication to the team  Ensure appropriate work environment for the team
