Who you are:

As a Record & Information Management Analyst III, you will be responsible for administering and implementing the Frost Records & Information Management (RIM) Program. You'll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure our program is in alignment with RIM industry practices, bank standards, regulatory requirements, and governmental policies. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level service to assure the integrity of electronic records and information.

What you'll do:

  • Administer and implement the Frost Records & Information Management (RIM) Program in alignment with RIM industry practices, Frost standards, regulatory requirements, and governmental policies
  • Assist with integrating electronic records management concepts and practices with comprehensive information management policies and objectives to assure the integrity of electronic records and information
  • Collaborate with lines of business to ensure alignment with the Frost RIM Program. Assist lines of business with RIM and eDiscovery-related questions
  • Provide support and recommendations to management regarding information security aspects of software development projects
  • Provide support to the record retention processes, using software and training to manage information and records throughout their lifecycle, from creation to final destruction/achieving
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Records & Information Management, Information Governance, Risk Management or Compliance at a financial institution or in another highly regulated industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards, laws, and best practices for Records Management
  • Expert knowledge of RIM best practices and protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification, Certified Information Professional (CIP) certification, Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) and/or related professional
  • Experience with banking Records & Information Management
  • Experience with Enterprise Content Management software
  • Experience with M365 Compliance Center
  • Experience with EDRM Models and Strategies
