Records Management Associate I

We are seeking a Records Management 1 to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business at Durham, NC.

As a Records Management 1, you will coordinate operations and provide essential support to the records center, ensuring the security and accessibility of proprietary and client information.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the security, storage, and retrieval of all proprietary and client information.
• Operating scanning equipment and conducting scanning processes.
• Providing reference services to internal clients and maintaining accurate records management systems.
• Sorting, classifying, and filing coded material according to established systems.
• Maintaining logs and metadata in databases for efficient information retrieval.
• Coordinating workflow by assigning tasks and establishing procedures.
• Assisting in the onboarding of new team members by teaching departmental procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in an office environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Ability to remain detail-oriented and handle multiple tasks within defined timelines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds/18kgs, stand, walk, sit, and use hands for manipulation.
• Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, and close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $36,200.00 - $60,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
