As a Recovery Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Recovery Collectors responsible for working with customers to resolve charged off balance. You will also be responsible for negotiating arrangements for payment or settlements with customers on deficiency balances on accounts

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-6:00PM with a rotating Saturday shift

Pay: From $22.00/hr DOE + 2% of what your team collects! (uncapped) 

Job Duties:

• Review and monitor delinquent accounts daily and maintain losses at/or below the guidelines
• Properly and accurately document all account activities
• Monitor, manage and review recovery collection queues
• Initiate contact with customers in an effort to satisfy any deficient balances
• Assist related departments as required by department and business needs
• Support the Supervisor in managing processes to include but not limited to, training, development, communication and time management of the team by focusing on best practices for the department
• Other duties prescribed by the Recovery Supervisor

Required experience/education:

• Two years of collections experience
• Leadership experience (preferred)
• High school or equivalent
• Interpersonal skills promoting a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Outstanding phone and negotiation skills.
