About the Role: 

Tubi is seeking a solutions-oriented Recruiter to support talent delivery for our Finance, Content, Growth, Legal, People, and Marketing teams. This is a high-visibility role with a strong focus on diversity, people experience, and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who is a multi-disciplined people connector who can help us attract, onboard, and retain world-class, mission-aligned talent. This is a fully remote individual contributor role reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy
• Develop comprehensive and innovative recruitment strategies to attract and secure competitive talent  
• Surface, validate, and analyze data through various talent platforms to evaluate recruitment strategy effectiveness
• Proactively communicate market trends, data insights, feedback, and recruitment strategy results to stakeholders
• Understand departmental initiatives driving hiring in your areas of oversight
• Build trusted relationships with your ability to deliver competitive talent, communicate and coach effectively, and solve complex problems
• Help lead key projects that will improve the capabilities of the talent acquisition team
• Maintain data integrity across all talent platforms
• Identify and apply personal development learnings to enhance recruitment effectiveness and build business acumen

• You will be a wiz with strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation methodologies, and showcasing Tubi's value proposition.
• Knowledge of the Technology and Media space, understanding trends, and bringing great ideas to the table 
• You understand how to validate and evaluate data to inform and influence decision-making and take action to improve existing conditions and processes.
• You are passionate about talent delivery and have a strong drive for results. 

Your Background: 

• 3+ years full cycle recruitment experience within a high-growth company; 1+ years leading complex Accounting & Finance and/or Content Operations searches
• Must be experienced in competency-based behavioral interviewing
• Capacity to manage a req load and talent delivery projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and leadership 
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
• Project management expertise is a strong plus!

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY; $93,500.00 - $106,250.00 annually for Colorado. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a long-term incentive plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
