We are seeking a Recruiter to join our lean and agile team in our Mesa, Arizona facility. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for providing full cycle recruitment to top-tier talented candidates to join the company.

General Requirements
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment - innovates and provides feedback towards the company's overall recruitment strategy.
  • Attracts top talent through recruiting best practices - remains updated with best practices through research and collaboration with the company's human resources department.
  • Composes and updates job postings to maximize visibility of the company's vacation positions.
  • Acts as a point of contact with recruiting agencies for potential positions.
  • Develops relationships and effectively collaborates with Hiring Managers throughout the organization to ensure alignment with our recruitment processes.
  • Update HRIS and payroll system information with entry of new candidates to the team.
  • Prepare hiring and on-boarding documentation for candidates (employment agreements, I-9 forms, etc.)
  • Assist with payroll preparation by partnering with the payroll team to ensure all correct information is processed before issuing payroll.
  • Communicates as a brand ambassador to potential candidates about company culture, mission and values on a regular basis
  • Provides new and innovative ways to out reach candidates to apply for open positions within the company. •
  • Builds potential candidate networks through proactive recruiting and stays up to date on labor market trends.


HR Administration
  • Update HRIS and payroll system information with entry of new candidates to the team.

  • Assist with payroll preparation by partnering with the payroll team to ensure all correct information is processed before issuing payroll.

Other
  • Other duties requested by management.


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience. Automotive recruiting experience is considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in a business degree or related field is considered an asset.
  • Prior experience recruiting for a variety of roles and levels of positions.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills - builds effective relationships across departments.
  • Proficient with technology - MS Office and applicable recruitment tools.
  • Effectively organizes and manages multiple deadlines.
  • Goal oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team player - comfortable consistently working with multiple teams.
  • Knowledge in using applicant tracking systems such as workable is an asset.
  • Legally able to work in USA and travel to Canada.
