Pair Eyewear is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and focus on recruiting for high volume production roles in our manufacturing facility located in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, and manage the hiring process for a variety of roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role will require heavy outbound sourcing and partnering with outside agencies to identify and recruit top talent.
What youโll do:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for high volume production roles in our manufacturing facility.
- Conduct outbound sourcing and work closely with outside agencies to identify and recruit top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, and managing candidate feedback and communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, outside agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategy and hiring goals.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technologies to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely and efficient hiring
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, including sourcing and hiring metrics.
Who you are:ย
- Strong outbound sourcing and partnering with outside agencies experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Need to Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in high volume production recruitment in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with outbound sourcing and partnering with outside agencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $100,000 an $125,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
