Job Description
Job Summary/Objective

Responsible delivery of a comprehensive recruitment and search process for Exela Technologies. The Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business and deliver the best talent to the organization. This position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Recruit for all Exela Technologies staffing needs. Recruitment including but not limited to: writing and placing of advertisements, posting positions, reviewing resumes, screening applicants over the phone, coordinating interviews, administering tests to applicants, checking references, extending offer to top candidates and preparing employment agreements.
  • Preparing and submitting documents for the customer to process for Security Clearance. Recruiter will validate forms and QA documents before being uploaded to customer database.
  • Develop, recommend and implement creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization
  • Work with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to recruitment processes.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Follow up regularly with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
  • Travel as needed in the US to conduct interviews, attend job/career fairs, present at schools or other recruiting events, as well as attend state and national conventions.
  • Maintain detailed database of applicants and prospects.
  • Maintain records, reports, and logs to conform to state and federal laws.
  • Comply with confidentiality standards, including HIPAA privacy regulations, found in the Employee Handbook.
  • Conduct onboarding activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required:
  • A minimum of 2 years full cycle recruiting experience.
  • A high regard for confidentiality of information.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to recruit for multiple positions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and have experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Outstanding communication skills, presentation skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


Preferred:
  • Experience with Talento.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency using various forms of social media to target passive candidates.
