JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate hiring activities to HR/Recruitment Department
- Responding to emails related to recruitment
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Resume screening and Initial Interview
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Process background checks for candidates
- Maintain candidate database
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents)
- Handle records and paperwork
- Other related tasks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field
- At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes
- Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry (not required)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Can work independently, as well as, part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand of recruitment requests

Processor: Core i3 or Ryzen 3 and above (5th Gen) or AMD equivalent. The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted.
