Are you a recruiter looking for a new opportunity with amazing growth protentional, give us a call! As a recruiter you'll be onsite at our customer site, conduct phone and in-person interviews, as well as sourcing. Previous experience working with I9's, drug screen and background checks a plus.

What you will do as a Recruiter?

• Efficiently and effectively support the recruiting team by: Making first contact with applicants, screening experience and resume, conducting interviews, scheduling applicants for interviews and hiring final candidates.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources, and ensures accurate and error-free advertising.
• Excellent customer service skills, communicates proactively and consistently with site teams.
• Submits daily / weekly recruiting reports to internal leadership team.
• Supports coordination of interviews for qualified applicants with client department hiring management.
• Administers new hire workflow, including checking references as requested, submitting for background checks, ensuring background check has been completed, scheduling drug screens, collecting paperwork, and extending offers to selected candidates.
• Maintains job order and candidate application files.
• Ensures that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with federal and state regulations and stays within IntelliSource policies and procedures.
• Schedules pre-placement testing where applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

What you will bring to the Recruiter position?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of full-cycle staffing / recruitment experience preferred but not required.
• Proven experience recruiting high-volume non-exempt positions.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
• MS Word, Excel
• Ability to sit for long periods of time and multi-task
• Hear and converse clearly over the telephone
• Key frequently on a computer
