Raymond Westis looking for a strongRecruiterto join our energetic team! This position is responsible for meeting the hiring goals by filling open requisitions with talented and qualified candidates.

Essential Functions

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing video interviews
• Take ownership of the candidate experience by providing appropriate expectations and following up on next steps of the interview process.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending and negotiating employment terms.
• Stay aware of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years' experience in corporate search firm or high-volume recruiting
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
• ATS experience
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, and client relationships
• Self-sufficient
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

Pay Range:

• The salary range for this position is $48,000-$70,000. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
