Recruiter

The recruitment team at IMC Trading is focused on relationships, performance, accountability and challenging the status quo. We are passionate, curious and love solving problems in the fast-paced and highly competitive industry in which we work.
As a Junior Recruiter at IMC India, you will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end recruitment process of a wide variety of roles and be exposed to new and innovative recruitment projects whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Your Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Assist teams in screening resumes and conducting phone screens
• Schedule on-site and virtual interviews for Campus recruitment
• Manage logistics for all in-house activities and events including, meet-ups, and interview days
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle candidate queries
• Provide operational administration support where needed including employee data updates, recruitment logistics, contract generation etc.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for candidates
• Identify, drive and implement improvements to the recruitment process logistics
• Collaborate across the globe and partner closely with the recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to learn and share ideas and best practices

Your Skills and Experiences:

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role for a proprietary trading or hedge fund
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other job boards in India
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling recruitment and HR issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven with a focus on delivery key results
• Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting season
