Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3 years of additional experience instead of a degree is acceptable
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Consulting / Professional Services industry
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and building talent pipelines
• Effective interviewing and documentation skills
• Ability to attract and engage candidates to our opportunities
• Ability to stay focused when hiring needs increase, change, or need urgent attention
• Exhibit unwavering enthusiasm when working through ambiguity and sourcing challenges
• Excellent accountability, follow-through, and personal organization
• Able to write and speak in a clear and impactful way
• Able to listen and ask clarifying questions when conversing with clients and colleagues
• You should have a natural sense of curiosity and connection with people and enjoy learning about their backgrounds, interests, and goals
