Recruiter

What your new challenge will look like

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new 4flow team members.

• Partner with the leadership team to identify staffing needs and selection criteria
• Work closely with the leadership team on DEI initiatives involving recruitment
• Continual sourcing of candidates and development of talent pipelines
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
• Partnering with universities to build a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities at 4flow
• The Recruiter will be responsible for other HR related assignments/projects

Why you belong at 4flow

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• 3+ years' experience with full cycle recruiting
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
• Previous experience with using recruiting software
• Enjoy challenging work and collaboration with fellow team members.
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)
