We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a recruiter at Vivid, you will be crucial to building our exceptional workforce. Your goal will be to identify, attract, and secure top talent that aligns with our mission and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and shaping irresistible job profiles.
- Scouting talent through every channel imaginable—job boards, social media, meetups, or even that tech conference you’ve always wanted to attend.
- Screening resumes and hosting engaging interviews (think less interrogation, more great conversation).
- Orchestrating the recruitment process like a maestro: scheduling, feedback-gathering, and offer-making.
- Building a stellar talent pipeline for today’s and tomorrow’s hiring needs.
- Building positive candidate experience (even if they don’t land the role this time).
- Championing our employer brand ensures everyone knows Vivid is the place to be.
- You have 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally hiring for both Tech and Business roles. Bonus points if you’ve worked in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- You’re skilled at finding talent through diverse channels—job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, meetups, or anywhere else great candidates might be hiding.
- You can connect with candidates and hiring managers alike, building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- You thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, love taking ownership, and aren’t afraid to think outside the box.
- You’re passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience, making every interaction meaningful and engaging.
- You can juggle multiple roles and priorities while keeping processes running smoothly.

- You are fluent in Russian and English.
