About the Role

We have an opening for a Recruiter to join our team here at Anatomage! This candidate will be an integral part of our Human Resources department who will be responsible for helping all of our teams grow. We're looking to build out our teams this upcoming year and are seeking motivated and exceptional candidates who would like to be a part of our successful medical and dental imaging company.

Recruiter I: $64,480k-$74,000 (DOE)

Recruiter II: $75,000-$84,000 (DOE)

Looking for local candidates to Santa Clara, CA only. This role is a hybrid role and will require to work in office 3-4 times a week.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs to achieve hiring goals
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to job boards
• Recruit candidates via job boards, employee referrals, and other sources
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens and interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Make offers and conduct orientation for new employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Skills and Abilities Required

• Open to candidates from both agency and corporate recruiting backgrounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with a high volume of phone screens, this candidate will be expected to conduct 4 or more phone interviews per day
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment

Qualities We Look For

• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, HR software, and ATS
• Experience recruiting for technical, scientific, or educational positions is a big plus

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $64,480-$84,000 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.SActual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
