Recruiter
Job Description
This integral role will work with warehouse leadership and Human Resources to work on full-cycle recruitment of warehouse staff. If the following sounds exciting, we want to talk to you:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for warehouse staff
- Collaborate and communicate with warehouse leadership to determine hiring needs and recruitment plan
- Work closely with the warehouse to actively source, identify, interview, and select candidates for vacancies
- Identify key recruiting sources (including offsite recruitment events, career posting sites, career fairs) that align best with staffing needs
- Post warehouse roles on a career website, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings of qualified candidates
- Coordinate with others in the Human Resources Department for the onboarding of all new team members
- Report on recruitment metrics
- Create and develop relationships with community partners
- Conduct new employee onboarding
- Additional Human Resources duties as needed
Annual Salary: $67,000-$74,000
Requirements
- Previous experience with recruitment, interviewing and hiring required
- Experience with high volume recruiting and warehouse recruiting is highly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate both in person and through writing with candidates, peers, and leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong telephone and e-mail communication skills
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Spanish speaking highly preferred
