Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status updates.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to determine fit and interest.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

• Proactively anticipate potential problems; analyze, share and recommend plans for actionable solution/s.

• Take ownership of assignments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing, and preferably with experience in offshore or U.S. recruiting.

• Excellent English communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
